The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has four ground-level bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional powder room. Open-plan living includes a kitchen with breakfast bar, an eight-seat dining table and a large L-shaped couch, alongside a second living area. The alfresco dining space connects to the balcony and tiled deck through double bifold doors and includes a built-in BBQ, bar fridge, outdoor bar-style table and flat-screen TV. There is a butler’s pantry, outdoor shower, lock-up garage and full laundry. Bed linen is provided. Other amenities include heating, an indoor fireplace, dishwasher, dryer, hot water, iron, kettle, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster, TV, DVD player, outdoor seating and a smoke detector. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under two. Professional local management provides 24/7 support.

Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
