Preparing everything from quick snacks to full dinners is a joy in the well-equipped kitchen. The adjoining dining space is ideal for family meals. Outside, relax on the spacious deck to soak up the sun, sip morning coffee, or watch the evening sky transform over the dunes. The rec room on the ground floor will be the hub of evening entertainment.

Take turns gathering around the pool table and playing the arcade game. A wet bar with a refrigerator is nearby, keeping snacks and drinks within easy reach. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has deck access and a semi-private bathroom that opens onto the common space. The final bedroom and full bathroom are found on the ground floor. The community beach access is conveniently located a short walk from the home.
