## About the house

The home has six bedrooms and six bathrooms: five full bathrooms and one half bathroom. An elevator serves all levels. The third floor contains the great room with multiple seating areas, satellite TV and a seasonal gas fireplace, along with the equipped kitchen, dining area and a deck. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, and drip and pod coffee makers.

The ground-floor recreation room has a pool table, arcade game, wet bar and refrigerator, with laundry nearby. Outside are a private outdoor pool, hot tub, poolside tiki bar with TV, outdoor furniture, gas grill and outdoor shower. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows and blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway.

The third-floor king ensuite has a standing shower and deck access. The middle floor has two king ensuites, one with a standing shower and deck access and the other with a shower/tub combination. A further king bedroom has deck access and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination that also opens to the common space. Another middle-floor bedroom has a double/twin duo bunk. The ground-floor bedroom has two twin/twin bunk sets, with a separate full bathroom featuring a standing shower.

Ocean Lake community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts. Tide Arch South Access is the community beach access a short walk from the home. The home is minutes from the heart of Corolla.

No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and check-out. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31, 2026; January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31, 2027.
