Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and occupancy must match the number of guests on the booking. Notify management of changes to guest numbers. Pets are prohibited unless Pets Welcome is advertised. Treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions.
Getting there
The home has two storeys and stairs, with baby security for the stairs provided. Mountjoy Parade and Lorne Beach are a short stroll away. Lorne Beach is patrolled during the summer months. The property borders bushland close to walking trails.
