## About the house

The 815-square-foot cottage accommodates up to five guests and has hardwood floors, restored features, a wood-burning fireplace, air conditioning and mountain views. The private backyard contains a hot tub.

The main bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan, feather pillows, linens and comforters. The guest bedroom is a loft with two twin beds beneath a sloping roof, a maximum ceiling height of 5 feet 10 inches, and access to the patio and hot tub. Below the loft is a mudroom with hooks, shelves, baskets and a boot dryer. There is one full bathroom, and a bathtub is available.

The equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware. A dining table, stacked washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, smart television, heating and barbecue area are available. Bed linens, towels, a hair dryer and an iron with ironing board are provided.

The cottage is a short walk from Old Town and within walking distance of the slopes, with the Park City free bus route steps away. Parking is limited to one car. Long-term stays are also allowed.

The slopes are within walking distance, Old Town is a short walk away, and the Park City free bus route is steps away. Parking is limited to one car. The guest loft has a sloping roof with a maximum ceiling height of 5 feet 10 inches.

Maximum occupancy is five guests. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. Display the provided parking permit throughout the stay; cars without permits are subject to a $40 ticket. A credit-card preauthorization of $1,400.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local office is available on request for $25 per package and $50 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require a paid In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team. Stays of 30 nights or more are non-refundable and require additional paid cleaning arranged by the Reservation Team. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text from the Park City InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.
