The house

The bungalow has coastal-themed decor, timber floors and indoor-outdoor living spaces. A verandah with ambient lighting overlooks the greenery, and the backyard has a fire pit and wicker daybed. The main lounge includes a chaise, widescreen TV and indoor fireplace, opening into a kitchen and dining area with a microwave and DeLonghi coffee machine.

The main-house bedroom has a king-size canopy bed, wardrobe and views over the verandah. A door from the laundry leads into the backyard and to the separate studio, which serves as the second bedroom with a queen bed, lounge, TV, oversized desk and easel. The bathroom in the main house has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine.

Additional facilities include Wi-Fi, split-system air conditioning, heating, a private entrance and one free driveway parking space. Avoca Lake is a five-minute walk away, with swimming and kayak and stand-up paddleboard hire at Aquafun; Avoca Beach is 15 minutes away. Access involves a steep driveway and a small set of entry stairs. The property has shared spaces.
