The house

The house has a living room with satellite television and a separate dining room seating six. The equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available.

Two bedrooms are on the main living level, each with two single beds and a wardrobe, alongside a shower bathroom. The third bedroom is upstairs, with two single beds, a wardrobe and an en-suite shower bathroom; it is accessible only from the exterior terrace. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. A cot and high chair are available, along with towels and a hair dryer.

The private saltwater pool measures 6.5 by 3.5 metres and is 1.5 metres deep. Outdoors there are four sun loungers, parasols, an outdoor shower, a garden and a porch with a barbecue. A furnished upper terrace overlooks the pool and town.

Ariany has grocery shops and restaurants, with rural surroundings suited to walking, cycling and hiking. Son Serra de Marina beach is about 20 km away.
