The maximum overnight occupancy is four guests. The second-floor bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, an ensuite bathroom, a TV, a closet and balcony/deck access. Two main-floor bedrooms each have a double/full bed, air conditioning and a closet; one also has balcony/deck access. Two lower-level bedrooms each have a double/full bed, air conditioning and a closet, with access to the lower-level Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The second-floor bathroom has a shower and tub; the main-floor and lower-level bathrooms have showers. The full kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, silverware, cookware and a wine fridge. Indoor facilities include a living room, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, heating, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, television, cable TV and smart TV. Bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. Outside are two decks, a patio, outdoor dining furniture, six lounge chairs, a gas grill, a fenced backyard and a fenced private outdoor heated freshwater pool. Events require express approval, and an event fee of $1,000.00 may be required. Events of any size, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating groups during one stay require prior written host approval. Additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $180.00 per night of the reservation. One end-of-stay cleaning is included. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory and charged to the guest. Outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about pool use and outdoor furniture/equipment availability. Spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If the owner agrees to reopen canceled dates and Marquis rebooks the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after the replacement reservation is paid in full. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use the original dates if payments are current and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the stay. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; payments over $3,500 must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, the property has up to $25,000 of damage protection, subject to the booking agreement. The owner may need to show the property to prospective renters or buyers.
