House rules
No smoking, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent the property is 25. After booking confirmation, guests must complete a pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Contact guest services to have the toddler bed prepared.
Getting there
The apartment is on the ground floor. Renovation work on the neighbouring building may cause noise during working hours. The security system includes a camera that captures footage only when the alarm is activated.
