This 145-square-metre home spans three floors and combines Victorian features with modern interiors. The kitchen and dining area has wooden work surfaces, metallic units and a large dining table. Kitchen equipment includes a cooker, oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee-making equipment and dishwasher.

There are two living areas: one with a chandelier and Crittall window, and another with a Chesterfield sofa and garden views. A patio provides outdoor seating. A spiral staircase leads upstairs to the bedrooms. The principal bedroom has olive-green tones and dark wood; the top-floor double room has rooftop views.
