The chef’s kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee equipment, toaster, cookware, dishes, wine fridge and ice maker. The three bedrooms have air conditioning, closets and balcony/deck access: one has a king bed and full ensuite bathroom, one has a queen bed, and one has two double/full beds. The bathroom layout comprises two full bathrooms and one half bathroom, with a shower/tub combination in one full bathroom and a separate shower and tub in the other. Outdoor facilities include multiple wraparound decks, a terrace, a fenced backyard, four lounge chairs, patio furniture with an umbrella, a gas grill, a hot-and-cold outdoor shower, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella. In lieu of a security deposit, the property carries up to $25,000 in damage protection, with coverage details in the booking agreement.
