The house

Built in 2021, the home has two separate furnished living spaces, each with a full kitchen, central air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer. There are eight bedrooms and six bathrooms in total. Bedrooms 1–6 each have one queen bed; bedrooms 7 and 8 each have one double bed and one twin bed. Bed linens, towels, hot water, body soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hair dryer are provided.

The first suite has a bright living area with coastal decor and a flatscreen TV for streaming. Its kitchen has a breakfast bar seating eight, with a shared bathroom off the kitchen. Four bedrooms are upstairs, including one with an en-suite bathroom.

The second suite has carpeted floors, beach-themed decor, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV and an open-plan living and kitchen area. Its kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher and a preparation island with six barstools. A shared bathroom is off the kitchen, and four bedrooms are upstairs. The beach is a one-minute walk away.
