The approximately 85 m² apartment has two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and living area, and a terrace. Each bedroom has a double bed: 180 × 200 cm downstairs and 160 × 200 cm upstairs. The sauna and shower area and a small laundry room in the basement are shared with the neighboring property. Garden furniture and a beach chair are available approximately April through October. An electric-vehicle charging point is available for a fee.
