The kitchen includes an oversized island, refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. A washer and dryer, linens, towels, hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided. All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor and have air conditioning and closets. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, streaming TV, a balcony/deck and a full ensuite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and streaming TV; the third has two twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. A half bathroom is also on the main level. The lower-level game room has a pool table, foosball table and dartboard. Fitness equipment includes weights and a stretching/yoga mat. The main living room has a television; smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are provided.
