One bathroom has a shower and tub; the other has a shower. Events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses and rotating guest groups require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Pets require owner approval and may incur fees and/or a security deposit. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $75.00 per night of the reservation. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancellation dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full collection of the replacement payment. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided payments comply with the booking schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire.
