## About the house

The upper level has a great room with a seasonal gas fireplace, an adjoining dining area, a semi-private kitchen with pantry and bar seating, and a half bathroom. The great room and dining area open to the rear sun deck and screened porch. The upper-level king ensuite has a walk-in closet, an attached bathroom with a standing shower, soaking tub and dual vanity, and deck access with lake views.

The middle level has a covered front porch, foyer, four ensuite bedrooms, a laundry/utility room, and side and rear decking accessible from three of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed, and one has two twin-over-twin bunk sets. The ground level has a dry entry, recreation room with a queen sleep sofa, arcade game and wet bar, and a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The home has six full bathrooms and one half bathroom.

Outdoor facilities include two carports, parking for four vehicles, a private outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Community facilities include an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis courts and pickleball courts, along with a seven-acre stocked fishing lake. Preferred tee times and discounted green fees are available at The Currituck Club.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. Municipal water is supplied.

The private pool opens April 25–October 10 in 2026 and April 24–October 8 in 2027. Optional pool heating costs $500 plus tax per week and is unavailable in July and August. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 19 and October 5–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
