The house

The approximately 1,500-square-foot cottage accommodates up to six guests. Hardwood floors, white beadboard walls and abundant natural light extend through much of the home. The living room has several seating options.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, cookware and tableware. Its dining peninsula seats five. All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor: the first has one double/full bed, and the other two each have two twin/single beds. Each bedroom has air conditioning and a closet. Two shared full bathrooms are also on the first/main floor; one has a shower/tub combination and the other has a shower.

The private backyard has mature landscaping and an uncovered wood deck with patio furniture, an umbrella, two lounge chairs and a dining table seating six. A gas grill and hot-and-cold outdoor shower are available. Bed linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, heating, hot water, a washer and dryer are provided. The home has a private entrance, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and a fire extinguisher.
