## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests with one king bed, three queen beds and two twin beds. Level 2 has a king ensuite bedroom, a queen bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and shower/tub combination, a twin bedroom and another queen bedroom. The latter three bedrooms have deck access. This level also has a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, a den and a covered deck.

Level 3 has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a standing shower, a great room, kitchen, dining area and ocean-facing sun decks. A full bathroom on Level 1 is accessible only from outside.

Outdoor facilities include a private outdoor pool, hot tub, gas grill, dune deck, outdoor shower and a beach walkway with steps and seating. The poolside cabana has granite countertops, a sink and a mini-fridge. Five beach chairs are provided. Duck's shopping and dining are close by.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom; guests supply additional paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.

Private outdoor pool with a poolside cabana. Published 2026 opening dates are April 25–October 10. Pool size is given as 12 × 21.

Oceanfront with a private beach walkway with steps and seating. Beach walkways, decks and stairs can change with weather, erosion and sand migration. Parking is limited to four vehicles. The Level 1 full bathroom is accessible only from outside. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027.

Pets are not allowed, even for short visits. No smoking applies from 2027. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the arrival starter supplies.
