# Windsong Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house Windsong accommodates up to 18 guests across eight bedrooms, with six full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. The top-floor great room has living and dining areas, a TV and a seasonal gas fireplace. The equipped kitchen includes JennAir appliances, two ovens and two dishwashers, with additional seating at the counter and a card table. A furnished ship’s watch includes a desk. The screened porch has seating and a wet bar, alongside open and covered decks. The middle level has three king ensuite bedrooms, a king bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a bathroom, plus a den with an entertainment center. All five bedrooms on this level have deck access. The ground floor has a king ensuite bedroom, a king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom, and a bedroom with a double/twin duo bunk and trundle. Its recreation room includes a pool table, entertainment center and kitchenette with a refrigerator and wet bar; laundry facilities are also on this level. Outside are a private seasonal pool with optional paid heating, an elevated eight-person hot tub, and a poolside bar with a gas grill and refrigerator. A cabana half bathroom, outdoor shower, fenced-in yard, pool alarm and volleyball are available. Other facilities include an elevator, multiple TVs/DVDs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, five beach chairs, bed linens and bath towels. Four Seasons community facilities include indoor, outdoor and kiddie pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, game room, basketball courts, shuffleboard, cornhole, a playground, trolley, soundside access, parking and beach access. The home is close to the beach, playground and community pool, with Four Seasons South Access identified for beach access. The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed to meet ADA dimensions or weight capacity; steps or thresholds may be required to reach it. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. A Duck beach nourishment project is planned for 2027. No smoking. No pets, including short visits; violations may result in termination of tenancy. Sunday check-in and checkout. Do not allow children to ride the elevator unattended or play in or around it; keep children out of the space between the gate and landing door. Do not use the elevator if its locking system fails, unusual sounds occur or the ride is abnormal, and do not attempt repairs. Guests must supply replenishments beyond the arrival starter supplies.
