The home has five bedrooms and four full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. Level two contains a king ensuite with a roll-in shower, shower bench and private deck, along with the great room, kitchen with breakfast/TV room, dining room and half bathroom. Level three has two queen ensuites with private decks, a bedroom with two twin beds and two trundles with a private deck, another bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom and a deck.

Level one has a patio with a gated private outdoor pool, hot tub and wheelchair ramp to level two. The pool is listed as 12 by 24. Pool opening dates are April 25–October 9, 2026, and April 24–October 8, 2027. Outdoor amenities include a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs.

Central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer and dryer, bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. The kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. The wood fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.

Corolla Light community facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, tennis and pickleball courts, a recreation center, gym, indoor courts, basketball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, trolley service, parking and beach access. Each guest needs a wristband to use community amenities; the home provides 12 wristbands. The home is near the Whalehead Club and Corolla shopping and dining. A Welcome Program starter kit supplies initial paper products, soap and a trash bag; guests provide further supplies for their stay.

The home fronts the sound in Corolla Light. Beach access is at Franklyn St. South Access. Parking is limited to three vehicles. A wheelchair ramp connects level one to level two; the level-two ensuite has a roll-in shower and bench.

No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Every guest must wear a wristband to use Corolla Light community amenities; 12 wristbands are provided. Guests are responsible for additional paper products, trash bags and soaps beyond the arrival starter supplies.
