A separate family room has a fireplace, television and foosball table. A pool table, five streaming televisions, Sonos sound system and stationary bike provide additional indoor facilities. The kitchen includes custom cabinetry, a butcher-block island seating four, wine fridge, Wolf range, microwave, Nespresso machine and stainless steel appliances. The adjoining dining table seats eight. A top-floor loft provides an office and seating area, and the house has a boot/ski room, washer and dryer. Heating, linens, bath towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided. Outside, the deck has lounge and patio furniture, a firepit and grill. The hot tub is available year-round. The primary bedroom has a fireplace and an ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. Two full bathrooms are on the main floor; a half bathroom and another full bathroom with shower and tub are upstairs. Events, commercial activities, rotating guest groups and other non-traditional uses require prior written host approval; additional fees and/or an increased security deposit may apply. Reservations require approval before confirmation. For stays longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage costs. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If cancelled dates are reopened at the owner's discretion and rebooked for the original dates at the same or a higher price, a refund less a penalty of 20% of the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement booking is made, guests may use their original dates if payments meet the agreed schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire. In lieu of a security deposit, damage protection covers up to $25,000, subject to the booking agreement.
