House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The house spans four floors and has no lift. Parking is unavailable during Christmas and New Year. A dog usually lives here but will be absent during guest stays; guests with allergies should take note.
