## About the house

The open-plan living and dining room has exposed brick walls, a corner sofa, armchairs, a day bed, bookshelves and a large flat-screen TV. The dining table seats eight. Glass doors open onto a terrace furnished with a corner sofa and coffee table.

The kitchen includes an electric hob, oven, kettle, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crockery and cutlery. Central heating, linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and ironing equipment are provided.

The first-floor bedroom has a TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers, plus an en-suite bathroom with a combined bathtub and shower, basin and WC. The second-floor bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk by the window; its en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. A separate ground-floor WC has a basin. The lower-ground-floor utility room contains a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 21:00; request arrivals outside these hours in advance. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 incurs an additional fee. Cots and highchairs are available for hire, subject to availability. Cancellation at least five days before check-in receives a full refund; cancellation less than five days before arrival receives no refund, subject to the full cancellation policy.
