House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Shipping to the local management address is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the Reservation Team for details. Reservations require an electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh, scheduled and charged through the Reservation Team. Stays of at least 30 nights are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged and charged through the Reservation Team.
Getting there
The bedrooms are downstairs. Walking access to skiing and town is available, and the gondola at Mountain Village core is very close. On-property parking is limited to one car; additional paid valet parking at The Peaks is subject to availability.
