Williams accommodates up to 12 guests across three levels, with five bedrooms and four full bathrooms plus one half bathroom. The home sits among trees in Ocean Sands - E, a short drive from attractions in Corolla and Duck.

The third level has a fully equipped kitchen with an island and bar seating, an adjacent dining area, a great room, a ship's watch, a half bathroom, a screened porch and decks. An east-facing deck provides a place to watch sunrise or the stars.

The second level has two king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and deck access, a bedroom with two twin-over-twin bunk sets, and a queen bedroom. The bunk and queen bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The covered deck has a hot tub.

The first level has a bedroom with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a den with a wet bar and access to the patio and gated pool area. The private outdoor pool has seasonal opening dates.

Facilities include central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, multiple TVs with cable and streaming, a gas grill, an outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and five beach chairs are provided. Kitchen equipment includes dishes, utensils, cookware, a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker and toaster. The Welcome Program supplies a starter kit rather than a full stay's supply: paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag in an insulated cooler bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom.
