The house

The single-story interior has an entry foyer with a bench and coat hooks, followed by an open living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware and dishes. The dining table seats four.

The living area has a gas fireplace, a 65-inch Smart TV, an L-shaped couch, two armchairs and a window seat. Sonos speakers and cable television are provided. A balcony with two rocking chairs looks toward the mountains. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, a small balcony and a private bathroom. The primary bedroom and one guest bedroom have shower/tub combinations; the other guest bedroom has a shower. A washer and dryer are in the primary bathroom.

Sun Valley amenities are included, with access to the shared Olympic pool, a year-round community hot tub and shared tennis courts. A shuttle to the slopes is available. Free Wi-Fi, heating, bed linens, towels and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided. There is no air conditioning. Garage parking accommodates one vehicle. Sun Valley Village is a short walk away, and Sun Valley Resort is a four-minute drive away.
