The 726-square-foot condo has cabin-style decor, heating, a wood-burning fireplace and a private entrance. The open living room has a sleeper sofa, flatscreen television and DVD player. The bedroom off the entry has a king-size bed and a large flatscreen television. Bed linens, regular-sized towels, a hair dryer and hangers are provided.

The adjacent full kitchen includes a stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kitchen basics, pots and pans. Oil, spices and coffee are not provided. A balcony or patio and a dedicated workspace are available.

Shared facilities include a hot tub, sauna, pay-to-use laundry and a playground or play area. The outdoor pool, tennis/pickleball court and community gas grills are available during summer months only. Bring your own pool and hot-tub towels. Free Wi-Fi is available, but Wi-Fi, cable and cellular service can be unreliable because of utility disruptions. Parking accommodates two cars.

Downtown shops, restaurants, a movie theater and a grocery store are within walking distance. The Green Line Shuttle is easy to access. The nearest ski trail is less than two miles away, and Mammoth Creek Park is less than one mile away. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.
