The house

The sitting room has sofas, a TV and bookshelves and connects to a dining area seating six. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster and kettle, with cookware and tableware. French doors open onto a garden with outdoor seating. A washing machine is in the cellar below the kitchen, and a guest WC is at the end of the hallway.

On the first floor, a garden-facing bedroom sits next to the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath, sink and toilet. Another bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with a toilet. The first-floor study is private and unavailable to guests. The top-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom under the eaves with a shower over the bath, sink and toilet.

The home has central heating, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and cleaning products. Towels, bed linen and basic essentials are provided. Children and infants are welcome.

Local cafés and pubs are nearby. Trains from Earlsfield reach Clapham Junction in three minutes and Vauxhall in eight minutes.
