House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home. Optional shipping to the local office is available on request for $50 / package and $75 for larger items; contact the reservation team. Reservations require electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. For reservations exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and collect payment. Stays of 30 nights or longer are non-refundable and require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team. Early check-in and late check-out require authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared for arrival.

Getting there

The slopes are across the street, 35 yards from the front door; snowfall and snowbank height may prevent access from that point. Mountain views from inside are partially obstructed by trees. Parking is limited to three cars. Nearby construction may cause occasional summer noise or disruption; contact the reservation team for current updates.
