House rules

Maximum occupancy is eight people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties and events are prohibited. Long-term stays are allowed. Reservation confirmation requires electronic signature of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file for arrival access. Early check-in and late checkout require authorization by text message from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depend on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared. A credit card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. For stays exceeding eight days, the reservation team will arrange an In-Stay Refresh and process payment. Stays of 30 nights or more require additional cleaning arranged by the reservation team and are non-refundable. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office is available on request for $50 per package or $75 for larger items. When arrival is more than 110 days away at booking, 50% is due at booking and the balance is due 110 days before arrival. Cancellation before the 110-day cutoff returns the initial payment less one night's rent, taxes and the service fee; cancellation after full payment is non-refundable.

Getting there

Bedrooms are arranged across three levels. The slopes are across the street; ski-season access depends on snowfall and snowbank height. The Market Gondola and Village Market are within walking distance. Dial-a-Ride is available for travel around Mountain Village. Parking is limited to three cars. Nearby construction may cause occasional summer noise or disruption; contact the reservation team for current updates.
