Maximum occupancy is four guests, and visits beyond the unit's capacity are not allowed. Condominium access is restricted to guests named in the reservation; visitors require advance notice and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets, and events or parties are prohibited. Quiet hours are 23:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for any applicable fines or damage. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
