Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the bedroom. Pets and events are not allowed. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and overnight stays by people outside the reservation are not allowed. Visitors must be reported in advance with identification information for authorization. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging rugs, towels, clothes or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and not disposing of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. The apartment may have occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external construction during legally permitted hours. Check-in with a host is from 14:00 to 20:00; check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Check-out is by 10:00; later departure incurs an additional nightly charge. Last-minute reservations may require a 20-minute-to-one-hour wait for the host to arrive.
