The maximum occupancy is five guests. Visitors beyond the unit's capacity are not permitted, and condominium access is limited to guests named in the reservation. Guests must provide identification documents after the reservation is confirmed. Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for condominium rules, damage and fines. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. The rotating parking space should be left with the handbrake released.
