Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium; visitors require advance identification information and condominium authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but the property does not provide cribs. Smoking indoors, pets, parties, and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing, or other objects from windows, balconies, or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur. Check-in is self-service from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00; check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily charge.
