The maximum occupancy is two guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are not accepted. Smoking inside the property, pets, and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–06:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries and packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing, or other objects from windows, balconies, or outdoor areas. Do not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons determined by the condominium administration. Self check-in is used without an in-person host. Additional cleaning and linen changes may incur a fee. No unregistered person may stay overnight.
