Maximum occupancy is 4 guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium unless a visitor is communicated in advance and authorized. Children aged 2–12 are accepted, and babies under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Identification documents are requested for every guest after confirmation. Check-in from 20:00 to 22:00 incurs a fee, and check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. The host performs check-in at the agreed time. Check-out is by 10:00. Condominium rules must be followed.

The apartment is in Centro, Florianópolis. Beiramar Shopping is 200 m away, Ponte Hercílio Luz is 2.5 km away and Florianópolis International Airport is 17 km away. The condominium has four towers, and reaching this unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. Parking is rotating. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable.
