Children aged 2 to 12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking is not allowed indoors or in the bedroom. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Visitors must be registered in advance with the property manager and authorized by the condominium. Identification documents are required for all guests after confirmation. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas and not flushing toilet paper. The host conducts check-in. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00; arrivals from 20:00 to 22:00 incur an additional fee, and arrivals after 22:00 incur a higher additional fee. Check-out is by 10:00; later check-out results in an additional night charge. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance.
