House rules
The maximum occupancy is 3 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed by condominium administration. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Do not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Guests must follow condominium rules. Check-in between 20:00 and 22:00 has an additional fee of R$100; check-in after 22:00 is not permitted. Late check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional night charge.
