Only registered guests may access the condominium. Visits require prior communication and guest identification; unregistered guests may not stay overnight. No smoking indoors, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted; no crib is provided. Identification documents for each guest are requested after reservation confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur.
