Maximum occupancy is 5 people, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not allowed. Condominium access is restricted to guests listed on the reservation; visitors require advance communication and identification for authorization, and visitors may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors is prohibited, pets are not allowed, and parties or events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. The property may have occasional construction or maintenance noise during legally permitted hours.
Getting there
The apartment is in a condominium with four towers. Reaching this unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs.
