The maximum occupancy is 3 people. Visitors beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted, and condominium access is restricted to guests registered in the reservation. Identification documents for every guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, not flushing toilet paper, and not playing loud music from 22:00 to 08:00. The guest responsible for the reservation is liable for fines or damage. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance or other reasons. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur.

The apartment is in Pátio Milano, with direct access to the complex's food hall by elevator. Beiramar Shopping is 450 m away, Ponte Hercílio Luz is 2.8 km away, and Florianópolis International Airport is 18 km away.
