The maximum occupancy is 3 people. Visits and overnight stays by people not included in the reservation are restricted; condominium access is limited to registered guests. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Do not receive packages at the property or condominium, hang rugs, towels, clothes or objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, or dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Guests must follow condominium rules and schedules. Identification documents for each guest are requested after the reservation is confirmed. Common-area availability may be interrupted by condominium maintenance. Occasional noise from condominium, neighboring or external works may occur within legally permitted hours.
