The maximum occupancy is 6 people. Visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not allowed, and condominium access is limited to guests named in the reservation. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00; loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, must not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and must not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after booking confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily closed for maintenance. The property is in a residential condominium where occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.
