The maximum occupancy is four guests, and visitors may not exceed the unit's maximum capacity. Condominium access is limited to guests included in the reservation; any visitor must be communicated in advance for authorization. Overnight stays by people outside the reservation are not permitted. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, parties and events, pets, and loud sound from 22:00 to 08:00 are prohibited. Quiet hours are listed as 21:00–13:00. Guests must follow condominium rules and may not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Toilet paper must not be disposed of in the toilet. Guests should turn off air conditioning and lights when leaving.
