House rules
The maximum occupancy is 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium; visits and overnight stays by unregistered people are restricted and require prior identification information. Children aged 2 to 12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 09:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Do not receive deliveries at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothing or other objects from windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily closed by the condominium administration. Identification documents for every guest are requested after booking. Self check-in is used, without an on-site host. Check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00, and checkout is from 00:00 to 10:00; checkout after 10:00 incurs an additional nightly charge.

The TopMarket complex is 50 metres away. The property is 500 metres from Hercílio Luz Bridge, 1.8 kilometres from Beiramar Shopping, and 19 kilometres from Florianópolis International Airport. One garage parking space is provided.
