Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the building or stay overnight. Visits must be reported in advance with visitor identification for condominium authorization. Guests must follow condominium rules, including not hanging items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas and not disposing of toilet paper in the toilet. Identification documents for each guest are requested after reservation confirmation. The studio is self-check-in; access instructions are sent on arrival day. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Occasional noise from works or maintenance may occur.
