Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the building or stay overnight. Visitors must be reported in advance and approved by condominium administration. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items from windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and may not flush toilet paper. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Occasional noise from construction or maintenance may occur. Check-out after 10:00 incurs an additional daily rate.
