House rules
Self check-in is provided without an in-person host. Guests must submit identification documents after booking and follow condominium rules. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; high-volume sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may stay overnight; visitors must be identified in advance. Packages cannot be received at the property or condominium. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Occasional construction or maintenance noise may occur.

The property is in central Florianópolis. TopMarket is one elevator ride away; Hercílio Luz Bridge is 500 m away, Beiramar Shopping is 1.8 km away, and Florianópolis International Airport is 19 km away. The building includes one garage space.
