House rules
Self check-in is available without an on-site host. Children from 2 to 12 years and babies under 2 years are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets, parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, with high-volume sound prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only registered guests may access the condominium, and unregistered guests may not stay overnight. Guests must follow condominium rules. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Identification documents for every guest are requested after confirmation. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. The gym, individual wine cellar, cigar room, poker room and party room are available only for stays longer than 30 days.
Getting there
Jurerê Internacional Beach is 350 m away, and the apartment is described as one block from the beach. Jurerê Open Shopping is 700 m away; P12 is 2.3 km away. Two parking spaces are provided.
