House rules
The maximum occupancy is four guests, and visits beyond the unit's maximum capacity are not permitted. Condominium access is restricted to guests identified in the reservation; authorized visitors must be reported in advance and may not stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are accepted, but cribs are not provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Guests must follow condominium rules, may not hang items from windows, balconies or exterior areas, and must not flush toilet paper. Identification documents are requested for every guest after booking confirmation.
Getting there
Beiramar Shopping is 200 metres away; Ponte Hercílio Luz is 2.5 km away and Florianópolis International Airport is 17 km away. Reaching the unit's tower on foot requires climbing several flights of stairs. The condominium parking is rotating.
